Life can feel unpredictable. Sometimes it’s a big change, other times it’s that quiet sense of being stuck or disconnected from yourself. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or a difficult life transition, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
My approach is grounded in genuine curiosity, humor, and compassion. I want my clients to feel seen and safe to share their full experience, messy parts included! I am also bilingual and having grown up across different cultures and communities, I’ve learned to appreciate both the uniqueness and the shared humanity in people’s stories. That perspective deeply shapes how I connect with clients and understand the ways culture, identity, and belonging influence our lives.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Health Science. My practice approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Mindfulness-Based Approaches to help clients build flexibility, self-compassion, and meaningful change. Outside of work, I find grounding through movement—yoga, hiking, or just stretching—and creative outlets like embroidery and crafts. Therapy with me is collaborative and down-to-earth: a place where serious work can coexist with humor, authenticity, and growth.
