BA, Southern Connecticut State University

I am an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that each family and individual seeks therapy for different needs. I have worked with children, teenagers, adults, couples and families in various levels of care. I have facilitated multiple therapeutic groups with a focus on DBT, CBT, family systems, shame resilience, and body acceptance. I practice from a systemic lens when working with individuals or families. I focus therapy on self-esteem, self-worth, intrapersonal and interpersonal communication, empowerment and fostering relationships.  My passion as a therapist stems from the awareness that in a world full of people, so many individuals feel stuck and alone. Awareness that often, we feel that achieving a state of personal fulfillment and well-being is not obtainable, individually and/or in relationships. I want to work together in creating a place for you to feel connected and supported.  Seeking therapy can be anxiety provoking, which is why I'd like to welcome you to take the first step in reaching out either by e-mail or phone, however you feel most comfortable. I know reaching out can feel scary.  Let's meet for an intake and collaborate on how to reach your personal state of well-being, both individually and in relationships.
